Arts for All, Inc. is seeking 12 full-time and 4 half-time AmeriCorps Members for the 2008-9 program year.

What are the benefits of becoming a member of AmeriCorps? By becoming a full-time member of AmeriCorps serving 1700 hours in 9 - 12 months, you will receive the following benefits:

Full-time members serve for a minimum of 1700 hours.

Half-time members serve for a minimum of 900 hours.

What We Do

Requirements

  1. Be a U.S. citizen or U.S. national or a lawful permanent resident alien of the United States.
  2. Be at least 17 years old (or at least 16 years of age if the member is out school and a participant in a youth corps or a program for certain disadvantaged individuals).
  3. High school diploma or GED or agree to obtain one while serving.
  4. Documentation of Fingerprint Clearance card must be provided within 60 days.
  5. Ability to demonstrate good observation skills, judgment and interest in learning.
  6. Good verbal and written communication skills; billingual preferred.
  7. Must provide current certification in CPR, First Aid, CIT I and II, and Article IX within 60 days.
  8. Participate and provide documentation for a minimum of 40 education hours during service year.
